Any action the server takes might run too quickly past the debug mode screen. The log file stores data on incoming and outgoing transactions as well as server startup notices and timestamps associated with the transactions. HIPAAsuite RealTime Server logs any action taken relating to the SOAP or MIME envelope of an incoming or outgoing EDI file and the database connections used to find and link them to their response or request as appropriate. Any action on the contents of the EDI files is logged by the approprate HIPAAsuite responder application.
The log files are stored in your HIPAAsuite RealTime Server directory under \log. The format used to name the log files is MM-dd-yyyy.txt, providing a daily log file for quick perusal.
