You are able to save the information of the error report that is listed in the data grid view in a number of formats.

 

Before you can generate reports, you have to set up some parameters. Here is the Setup window that you get to either

You have to indicate where these files are saved, then check whether you want the report in

Excel or
Word
XML or
JSON

 

format.

 

Furthermore you have the option when processing a directory to have a report file for each EDI file or, when processing a directory, have a new page or a new sheet for each file.
