Our HIPAA EDI Editor was created to make it easy to look at an EDI file. We treated the segments like lines with color coded segment identifiers and visible separators.
On the left side we have a tree view control that allows for easy navigation by showing envelope segments and Main transaction loops, such as CLM, CLP etc.
With this EDI Editor we gave Find, Replace, Copy Cut and Paste to EDI files and we sold it for a pittance just to make EDI less intimidating.
